Self-Observation

You are vodka and lemonade
You are hours of television at silly o clock
You are constantly criticising yourself
You are 11 Campbell Street
You are messy and insanely unproductive.
You are dainty spliffs,
that you became to nervous to enjoy.
You are excitable about the littlest things:
future plans, free food, petting dogs in the street.
You are grassy knoll- your getaway.
You are floral patterns and mismatched outfits.
You are dad-dancing
You are your wonderful Grandma:
You are different without her.
You are cardigans, you are trainers.
You are your creepy, deformed ear lobe.
You are a daisy, in a field of roses.
You are constantly waiting,
Worried you’re wasting time.
You are the mass amount of time you waste.
You are long.
You are un-necessary walks to keep you sane.
You are silly segments of writing
and the books you love to be engulfed in.
You are nice - well, you really want to be.
You are not funny.
You are strange in ways I can’t describe.
